The Varsity Stallions beat Pee Dee on March 23. Highlights of the hard-fought victory include the following: Henry Swicord catches a fly ball in center field, and hoses down the runner on third as he goes home; Boyd caught the ball and dove to get the out! Blaine McFaddin sent Will McCutchen and Joe Kellahan home to claim a double RBI. This put two points on the board in the seventh inning, bringing the score to 2-1. Blaine then closed out the seventh and had a no-hitter. With our Varsity Stallions’ final score being 2-1, they are still undefeated in the region!
