Even a pandemic doesn’t stop Accelerated Readers at Williamsburg Academy! The Accelerated Reader program continues to be successful for grades 1-5. Although we aren’t gathering for parties this year, to continue our best social distancing practices, students are still being rewarded often for their hard work with a “party in a bag” filled with treats and prizes! Great books! Reading success! Wonderful rewards! Many thanks to Linda Anne Adams, librarian, for all of her hard work in continuing to encourage and support our students and this program. We may not be able to travel the world during a pandemic, but you can “travel” in the comfort of your own home with a good book.
