Many thanks to Carey Black; our guest speaker at FCA this week. Carey spoke to grades 6th-12th about how Satan is our enemy and will pull us towards temptation. He taught on how we should always turn to God in tough situations and stray away from bad impulses. Carey also gave examples from Matthew 4: “And when he had fasted forty days and forty nights, he was afterward an hungered. “And when the tempter came to him, he said, “if thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread. But he answered and said, “It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.” Williamsburg Academy is very blessed to have this opportunity for fellowship each week.
