This week’s alumni spotlight falls on Louisa Kennedy. Born and raised in Kingstree, she was a member of the class of 2001. She played basketball and softball. She was involved in FCA, NHS, and was president of her senior class. Louisa spent only four years away from Williamsburg Academy. After graduating from WA, Louisa attended the College of Charleston and also attained a master’s degree from The Citadel. She returned to Kingstree to teach at her alma mater She was born into a family of teachers and continues the legacy as her blood runs green. Louisa is to married Chris Kennedy and they have one daughter, Tiller, who is in the tenth grade. Shecurrently teaches 7th and 11th grade and continues to lead in FCA. Louisa is a vital part of the Williamsburg Academy family and we are so thankful for her.
